These Terms govern the supply of Prism Peptides research materials. By placing an enquiry or order you agree to be bound by them.

1. Research use

All products are supplied for Research Use Only and are not for human consumption or in-vivo application.

2. Orders and acceptance

Orders are subject to acceptance by Prism Peptides and to available stock at the time of dispatch.

3. Pricing

Prices are quoted in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated and may be subject to change before order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to the customer on receipt of the consignment.

5. Returns

Due to the nature of the products supplied, returns are not accepted once an order has been dispatched. This is to ensure product integrity, safety and quality control.

If there is an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item, missing item or damaged parcel, please contact Prism Peptides as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the matter.

6. Liability

Prism Peptides' liability is limited to the value of the material supplied. We accept no liability for any use inconsistent with the Research Use Only designation.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
